Your Key Responsibilities
High-Impact Content Creation: Research and write high-quality, SEO-driven blogs for both elite client websites and the official RICE AI platform to position us as industry thought leaders.
Lead Generation & Pipeline Building: Identify, research, and map out potential future clients and high-value SMEs that need digital transformation.
Creative Ideation: Brainstorm and pitch fresh, out-of-the-box B2B marketing content ideas across digital channels.
Executive Shadowing: Attend critical strategic meetings, take precise, actionable notes, and learn how to communicate and negotiate with corporate stakeholders.
What We are Looking For (Requirements)
S1 Fresh Graduate or Final-Year Student in Marketing, Communications, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.
Excellent written communication skills (Bahasa Indonesia and comfortable with English tech terms).
A strong curiosity about Artificial Intelligence, SaaS, and the digital tech landscape.
A "get things done" attitude—you don't wait for instructions; you look for solutions.
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to distill complex meeting discussions into clear action items.
