Job Description
• Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, customer engagement, and restaurant traffic.
• Plan and implement marketing campaigns and promotional activities in line with company objectives.
• Develop partnerships with corporate clients, communities, KOLs/influencers, event organizers, and other potential partners.
• Conduct market research and identify new marketing opportunities.
• Collaborate with operations, sales, and other relevant teams to execute marketing programs effectively.
• Monitor and evaluate campaign performance based on targets and KPIs.
• Prepare regular reports on marketing activities, performance, and results.
Requirements
• Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree (S1), preferably in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, or a related field.
• Previous experience in marketing; experience in the F&B or hospitality industry is a plus.
• Good understanding of digital marketing and social media.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Creative, proactive, and able to develop innovative marketing ideas.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Results-oriented and comfortable working with targets and KPIs.
• Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
• Willing to participate in on-ground marketing activities as required.
• Placement: Jakarta or Bandung.
