Job Description:
1. Lead and supervise marker-making activities for garment production.
2. Create and optimize garment markers using Gerber software to maximize fabric utilization.
3. Ensure markers are accurate and aligned with patterns, specifications, and production requirements.
4. Coordinate with Pattern, Cutting, Production, and IE teams to ensure smooth production processes.
5. Monitor marker efficiency and identify opportunities to reduce fabric consumption and production costs.
Qualifications:
1. Minimum SMA/SMK, preferably in Garment Technology, Fashion, or a related field.
2. Minimum 2 years of experience as a Marker Maker/Marker Leader in the garment industry.
3. Proficient in Gerber Technology and experienced in digital marker making.
4. Strong understanding of garment patterns, fabric utilization, and marker efficiency.
5. Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
6. Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to lead a team.
7. Able to work under pressure and meet production deadlines.
