What You'll Do
• Develop and execute a full marketing strategy across TikTok, Instagram, Shopee, and Tokopedia
• Analyze campaign performance and optimize based on data
• Define brand positioning and messaging to stand out in the kitchenware market
• Plan and oversee product launch campaigns
• Collaborate with our internal team on content direction and creative briefs
What We're Looking For
• Proven experience as a Marketing Strategist or Brand Marketer (portfolio required)
• Strong understanding of social commerce in Indonesia (TikTok Shop, Shopee Live, etc.)
• Data-driven — you make decisions based on metrics, not just gut feeling
• Experience with KOL/influencer strategy is a big plus
• Has worked with a consumer product brand before (kitchenware, FMCG, or lifestyle preferred)
• Self-starter who can work independently and deliver results
