Tunas Group is seeking an experienced Marcom Manager to lead the company's marketing communication strategy and strengthen brand awareness across its industrial estate, property, and business units. The successful candidate will oversee corporate branding, digital marketing, public relations, marketing campaigns, events, and communication initiatives to support business growth and enhance the company's market presence.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute integrated marketing communication strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Manage corporate branding and ensure brand consistency across all communication channels.
- Plan and oversee digital marketing campaigns, including social media, website, SEO, SEM, email marketing, and online advertising.
- Lead the development of marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, company profiles, videos, and promotional content.
- Manage public relations activities and maintain strong relationships with media partners and external stakeholders.
- Organize corporate events, exhibitions, product launches, business forums, and promotional activities.
- Coordinate with Business Development, Sales, Property, HR, and other departments to support marketing initiatives.
- Manage creative agencies, vendors, photographers, designers, and advertising partners.
- Monitor marketing campaign performance and prepare analytical reports with improvement recommendations.
- Manage the marketing budget and ensure cost-effective campaign execution.
- Conduct market research, customer insights, and competitor analysis.
- Lead and develop the Marketing Communications team.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communication, Public Relations, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum **5 years** of experience in Marketing Communications, Brand Management, Corporate Communications, or Digital Marketing.
- Minimum **2 years** in a managerial or leadership role.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in property developers, industrial estates, commercial real estate, hospitality, or B2B industries.
- Familiar with Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and SEO tools.
- Experience managing corporate branding and employer branding initiatives.
- Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or other creative tools is an advantage.
- Experience organizing large-scale corporate events and exhibitions.
