Deskripsi pekerjaan Mandarin Tutors - Part Time The Kiddo Academy

We are looking for passionate and professional Mandarin Tutors for kids (4-18 years old) as a part-time job to join The Kiddo Academy.

Compensation

Payment: IDR 40,000 - 50,000 per teaching session

Session Duration: 45-60 minutes

Estimated Monthly Payment: Based on the number of sessions taught

Payment is calculated based on actual completed teaching sessions.

Responsibilities

- Conduct engaging and practical Mandarin lessons for young learners.

- Follow The Kiddo Academy’s curriculum and teaching standards

- Develop students’ speaking, listening, reading, writing, grammar, and vocabulary skills

- Focus on practical Mandarin/Chinese for daily communication situations

- Monitor students’ progress and provide constructive feedback

- Complete student progress reports after each lesson

- Use online teaching platforms and digital learning materials effectively

- Maintain professional communication with the academic and management team

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Mandarin Language, Mandarin/Chinese Literature, Mandarin/Chinese Education, Education, or a related field.

- Fresh graduates and candidates from all academic backgrounds with excellent Mandarin proficiency are welcome to apply.

- Excellent Mandarin proficiency, both spoken and written.

- Teaching experience is a plus.

- Good communication and classroom management skills

- Creative, patient, and energetic personality

- Tech-savvy (familiar with Google Meet, Zoom, and any other apps or learning software)

- Must have a laptop / computer and good internet connection

- Strong commitment to adhering to assigned schedules and maintaining punctuality

- Each tutor is required to conduct at least 5 sessions per week.

Working Arrangement:

Online / Work from anywhere

Part-Time: 4:00–9:00 PM (4 sessions/week)

The schedule will be adjusted based on your availability as a tutor
