Placement : Bosch Car Service PIK 2
Main Responsibilities:
- Translate company documents, emails, manuals, and contracts between Chinese ↔ Indonesian/English.
- Provide interpretation support during meetings, phone calls, and visits to ensure smooth internal and external communication.
- Ensure translation accuracy and clarity, aligned with business and technical contexts.
- Assist operations, HR, and management teams in communication with Chinese-speaking counterparts.
- Quickly learn and apply relevant company-specific technical terms.
- Strictly maintain confidentiality of company documents and information.
Qualifications:
- Diploma/Bachelor’s degree or higher in Chinese Language, Chinese Literature, Teaching Chinese as a Foreign Language, or equivalent experience.
- Proficient in Chinese (listening, speaking, reading, and writing); HSK level 5–6 preferred.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience (fresh graduates with strong language skills are welcome to apply).
- Fast learner, adaptable to company culture and technical terminology.
- Preferably available for immediate placement.
- Excellent communication skills, detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work under pressure.
- Familiar with basic office software (MS Office, Google Workspace).
