We are hiring on behalf of our client for a Mandarin Translator role in the EV battery industry, based in Jakarta. This position will support cross-functional communication, translation, and coordination between local and international teams to ensure smooth business operations.
Job's Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Mandarin Language or related field, typically needing minimum HSK 5 certification for professional roles.
- Proficiency in Mandarin and English, both written and verbal, is essential.
- Minimum 3 years of experiences as a translator or intrepreter.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to bridge language and cultural gaps effectively
- Proven experience facilitating communication between foreign professional and local teams
- High level of proficiency in MS Office (Word and Excel); familiarity with other office productivity tools is a plus.
Job Responbilities:
- Translate oral and written communication (Indonesia - Mandarin - English) to support daily operations.
- Assist in meetings, negotiations, and site visits.
- Translate various documents.
- Support operational and maintenance communication related to heavy equipment.
- Manage documents and correspondence with Chinese vendors/partners.
- Ensure accuracy, clarity, and confidentiality of all information.
