Mandarin translator

This role is essential in facilitating communication between our Indonesian and Chinese partners, ensuring smooth business operations and fostering strong relationships. The Chinese Translator will be responsible for translating documents, emails, and other communications between Chinese and Indonesian. They will also provide interpretation services during meetings or interactions with Chinese clients and partners. The role involves working closely with various departments to ensure accurate and timely translation of technical and business-related materials. Additionally, the translator will assist in maintaining and updating translation databases, as well as supporting the use of machine translation tools where applicable. Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team are key to success in this position.

Candidates must hold a Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field such as Languages, Translation, or related disciplines. A minimum of 1 to 3 years of experience in translation or a similar role is required. Proficiency in both Chinese and Indonesian languages is essential, along with strong skills in interpretation, customer service, and teamwork. Familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel, and other Microsoft Office applications is necessary, as well as experience in Chinese-Indonesian translation and machine translation tools.
