WE ARE HIRING – MANDARIN TRANSLATOR
Job Responsibilities:
• Translate documents from Mandarin to Indonesian and vice versa
• Act as translator/interpreter between Chinese officers/management and Indonesian teams during meetings, discussions, and daily operations
• Help bridge language and cultural communication within the company
• Assist management with administrative tasks, reports, schedules, and documentation
• Ensure accurate and effective communication across departments
• Support operational coordination when needed
Requirements:
• Minimum HSK 4 and able to communicate in Mandarin both verbally and written
• Fluent in Mandarin and Indonesian (English is a plus)
• Able to translate both verbal and written communication accurately
• Experienced in administration and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to maintain confidentiality
• Able to work in fast-paced environment and coordinate with multicultural teams
