Hiring for Client:
Position: Mandarin Translator
Location: Setiabudi, Jakarta Selatan| On-site
Company: PT Gemilang Sentose
Salary: Rp 12,000,000 – 20,000,000/month (negotiable, based on experience & Mandarin proficiency)
At PT Gemilang Sentose, you will work directly with Chinese-speaking management, join business and project discussions, and become a key communication bridge in a fast-moving construction and engineering environment.

Responbilities:
- Provide real-time Mandarin – Bahasa Indonesia and English interpretation in meetings, calls, site coordination, and daily communication.
- Translate business and technical materials such as emails, reports, contracts, SOPs, project documents, and summaries.
- Support management during internal coordination and external business/project meetings.
- Help ensure clear, accurate communication across departments, contractors, and stakeholders.
- Assist in preparing meeting notes, follow-up summaries, and action tracking.
- Liaise with local vendors, government offices, or site teams when needed for translation support.
- Handle tasks professionally with confidentiality and attention to detail.
Requirements:
- Fluent in Mandarin speaking & listening (non-negotiable).
- HSK 5+ required.
- Confident, quick in understanding, and clear in speaking.
- Flexible and adaptable not rigid, not slow, able to handle changing tasks and priorities.
- Responsible, detail-oriented, and professional in communication.
- Comfortable working on-site and collaborating closely with management.
- 1–3+ years experience as translator/interpreter/Mandarin assistant or similar role.
- Experience working with Chinese managers, Chinese companies, or in the construction/engineering industry is a strong advantage.
- Bahasa Indonesia and English required.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Willing to work from 9 AM - 9 PM.
