About Us
Bellavira Aesthetic Clinic is a growing aesthetic and beauty clinic committed to delivering high-quality treatments and exceptional customer service. We are currently seeking a skilled Mandarin Translator to support communication between our international management team and local employees, partners, and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Translate verbal and written communications between Mandarin Chinese and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Provide interpretation support during meetings, briefings, training sessions, and daily operations.
- Facilitate communication between foreign management and local staff
- Translate company documents, emails, messages, SOPs, and administrative materials.
- Assist in coordinating with vendors, consultants, and external parties who communicate in Mandarin.
- Prepare summaries and reports of meetings and important discussions.
Qualifications
- Minimum education: High School Diploma or equivalent (Diploma/Bachelor’s degree preferred).
- Fluent in Mandarin Chinese (spoken and written).
- Strong communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia.
- HSK certification is an advantag
- Able to perform consecutive interpretation effectively.
- Detail-oriented, professional, and capable of maintaining confidentiality.
- Willing to work on-site in South Jakarta.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Mandarin Translator or Interpreter.
- Familiarity with business, administrative, or healthcare/aesthetic industry terminology.
