Mandarin Translator & E-commerce Assistant
Job Description
We are looking for a Mandarin Translator & E-commerce Assistant to support our daily communication and e-commerce operations.
Responsibilities:
Translate daily communication between Mandarin Chinese and Bahasa Indonesia.
Assist with communication between the company, Chinese suppliers, partners, and local team members.
Translate product information, supplier messages, documents, and business-related materials.
Assist with communication through WhatsApp, WeChat, and other business communication platforms.
Support e-commerce operations, including product information, orders, inventory, and supplier coordination.
Attend meetings or discussions with Chinese-speaking suppliers/partners and provide interpretation when needed.
Assist the team with Excel, Google Sheets, and other administrative tasks.
Perform other translation and e-commerce-related tasks as required.
Requirements:
Able to communicate fluently in Mandarin Chinese and Bahasa Indonesia.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Able to translate Chinese ↔ Indonesian accurately.
Familiar with Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets.
Responsible, detail-oriented, proactive, and willing to learn.
Able to work independently and as part of a team.
Previous experience in translation, e-commerce, purchasing, supplier management, or administration is a plus.
Fresh graduates with good Mandarin skills are welcome to apply.
