Responsibilities
• Teach Mandarin according to the company's curriculum and learning system.
• Use standardized teaching materials and lesson plans provided by the company.
• Teach students of various age groups, including children, teenagers, and adults.
• Prepare student learning progress reports after each class.
• Participate in teacher training programs and academic activities organized by the company.
• Collaborate with the Operations and Academic teams to provide the best learning experience for students.
Qualifications:
• Proficient in communicating in Mandarin.
• Passionate about education and enjoys interacting with students.
• Highly responsible, patient, and dedicated.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work effectively in a team environment.
• Chinese heritage is an advantage.
• Bachelor's degree in Mandarin Language, Chinese Studies, Education, or a related field is preferred.
• Previous experience teaching Mandarin is preferred.
• Experience teaching children is preferred.
• Relevant teaching certifications are an advantage.
