MANDARIN-SPEAKING TALENT ACQUISITION SPECIALIST
📍 Location: Jakarta / Hybrid

DNEXIA is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist with strong Mandarin communication skills to support recruitment activities and connect with qualified talents.

What You'll Do:
▪ Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing to candidate selection.
▪ Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, professional networks, and other channels.
▪ Screen CVs and conduct initial interviews in Mandarin and Indonesian.
▪ Coordinate interviews and recruitment processes with candidates and hiring managers.
▪ Communicate with Mandarin-speaking candidates and stakeholders.
▪ Build and maintain a qualified candidate database and talent pool.
▪ Monitor recruitment progress and provide regular updates.
What We're Looking For:
▪ Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Management, or a related field.
▪ Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, or Executive Search.
▪ Fluent in Mandarin (spoken and written).
▪ Good communication skills in Indonesian and English.
▪ Familiar with recruitment platforms such as LinkedIn and job portals.
▪ Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
▪ Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple recruitment assignments.
