Mandarin-speaking Lead Qualification / Telesales Agent
Job Descriptions :
- Conduct outbound calls and WhatsApp outreach to potential B2B customers in Mandarin.
- Qualify leads based on customer needs, business profile, and project requirements.
- Introduce products or solutions and identify potential sales opportunities.
- Follow up with qualified leads and support the Proof of Concept (PoC) process.
- Maintain accurate lead information, follow-ups, and activity records in the CRM.
- Prepare regular reports and updates on lead progress and outreach activities.
- Work toward assigned outreach, lead qualification, and conversion targets.
Job Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree (S1) from any major.
- HSK 4 or above.
- Native or near-native Mandarin proficiency, both spoken and written.
- Good English communication skills, both spoken and written.
- Experience in telesales, telemarketing, call center, lead qualification, or B2B outreach is preferred.
- Confident and comfortable making frequent outbound calls and WhatsApp outreach in Mandarin.
- Strong communication, follow-up, and customer engagement skills.
- Comfortable working with targets and performance-based KPIs.
- Detail-oriented and able to maintain accurate CRM records and reports.
