Job Requirements - Executive Assistant
1. Min.Bachelor’s degree (S1), preferred to have min. 1 year experience as secretary or administrative assistant or executive assistant
2. Willing to travel for business trips, either domestically or internationally
3. Fluent in Mandarin (Chinese) - Written and Spoken
4. Fluent in English - Written and Spoken
5. Have a valid SIM A and actively drive a car
6. Well time management, well-organized, well-prepared
7. Capable of managing schedules, travel arrangements, and appointments
8. Able to prepare reports and take meeting minutes
9. Possesses good communication skills with clients and superiors
10. Capable of managing professional and business finances
11. Skilled and details in arranging schedule meeting
12. Willing to be placed in the Cakung area – East Jakarta
