Deskripsi pekerjaan Mandarin-Speaking Business Support Specialist PT. JST SOFTWARE INDONESIA
Job Responsibilities:
- Act as a liaison between Mandarin-speaking clients and internal teams.
- Provide customer support by handling inquiries, troubleshooting software issues, and ensuring prompt resolutions with the support of our Offline Service.
- Assist in translating documents, emails, and technical materials from Mandarin to Bahasa / English (and vice versa).
- Support sales and business development teams by engaging with Mandarin-speaking prospects and partners.
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure customer requirements and feedback are properly communicated.
- Assist in the implementation and onboarding process for Mandarin-speaking clients.
- Maintain strong customer relationships by following up on concerns, training needs, and product updates.
- Support administrative tasks, such as reporting, data entry, and contract management.
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Mandarin (spoken and writen) is required.
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, Communications, or any related field.
- Experience in customer service, technical support, or sales in a software/IT company is an advantage.
- Strong understanding of software products, SaaS platforms, or ERP systems is a plus.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach.
- Ability to translate technical terms accurately between Mandarin and Bahasa / English if necessary.
- Familiarity with CRM tools, ticketing systems, or project management software is beneficial.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently and within a team.
