About the Role
As Executive Assistant to our Chinese-speaking leadership at PT Luxfeline Global Technology, you'll sit at the center of everything — strategy meetings, key decisions, international deals, and the daily heartbeat of a fast-growing company. What You'll Do
- Be the right hand of Chinese-speaking executives — managing schedules, priorities, and follow-ups so leadership stays focused on what matters.
- Provide Mandarin – Bahasa Indonesia / English interpretation during meetings, calls, and high-level business discussions.
- Translate business documents, reports, contracts, and confidential communication with accuracy and discretion.
- Coordinate across departments to keep operations running smoothly — you'll be the person everyone counts on.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting materials that make leadership look sharp.
- Join external meetings, client visits, and occasional business trips to provide real-time interpretation and support.
- Handle confidential matters with the highest level of professionalism and trust.
- Bridge cross-cultural communication between Chinese leadership and Indonesian teams.
Qualifications
- Fluent Mandarin speaking, listening, reading & writing (mandatory).
- Minimum HSK Level 4–6 certification.
- Fluent in English (spoken & written).
- Good command of Bahasa Indonesia.
- 2–3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, Mandarin Assistant, Translator, or similar role.
- Experience working with Chinese managers or Chinese companies is highly valued.
- Background in multinational companies is a strong plus.
- Excellent organizational skills — you can juggle 10 things and never drop the ball.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to anticipate what leadership needs before being asked.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Comfortable supporting executives with close day-to-day coordination.
- Open to joining business meetings or short business trips when required.
- Willing to work on-site at Baywalk Mall, Pluit, North Jakarta.
