Role Description
-Assist aftersales team in daily operations, including translation, employee training, and organization of related data and documents.
-Support coordination between internal teams and external parties related to aftersales activities.
-Prepare, update, and maintain aftersales reports and documentation.
-Perform other related administrative and operational support as required.
Requirements
-Fluent in Chinese, English, and Bahasa Indonesia, with experience in business or technical translation.
-Familiar with automotive aftersales processes such as warranty claims, repair orders, and spare parts management (experience in 4S dealers or cross-border automotive companies is an advantage).
-Strong documentation and data handling skills; proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
-Detail-oriented, patient, and able to communicate effectively with different stakeholders.
-Able to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
