Role Description
We are looking for a Visa Client Relations Officer to join our team in Grogol Petamburan, West Jakarta. This is a full-time, on-site position responsible for assisting clients throughout the visa application process, handling inquiries, providing updates, and ensuring excellent client service.
Requirements:
- Fluent in Mandarin and English (spoken & written)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer-oriented with strong attention to detail
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience in client relations, customer service, or visa services is preferred
Responsibilities:
- Assist clients throughout the visa application process
- Provide accurate information and timely updates
- Respond to client inquiries professionally and efficiently
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth visa processing
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
