MANDARIN SPEAKER FINANCE & ACCOUNTING STAFF

JOBDESK:

1. Collect, analyze, and interpret relevant corporate financial data.
2. Evaluate and optimize financial procedures and controls.
3. Maintain and update daily records and assist with administrative tasks.
4. Prepare budgets for company expenditures.
5. Prepare financial reports, including projections for return on investment and growth rates.
6. Manage company expenses, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
7. Maintain records of invoices and tax payments.
8. Prepare profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and budget reports.
9. Identify financial liabilities and conduct risk analysis regarding liquidity and cash flow.
10. Stay up-to-date with regulatory requirements and best practices in financial administration.
11. Preparing monthly salary data for security positions.

QUALIFICATION:

1. Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance, or any related majors;
2. Fluent in Chinese Mandarin, at least HSK 4 is preferred;
3. Minimum 1 year of accounting experience;
4. Understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting;
5. Good analytical and numerical skills;
6. Proficient in Microsoft Excel;
7. Experience with ERP/SAP is an advantage.
