Job Responsibilities
1. Translation & Interpretation
- Translate business documents, emails, presentations, and reports between Mandarin, English, and Indonesian.
- Provide interpretation support during meetings, discussions, and conference calls with overseas partners.
- Ensure accurate and effective communication between headquarters, business partners, and internal teams.
2. Business Coordination
- Participate in business meetings, exhibitions, and networking events when required.
- Assist in preparing business proposals, quotations, and presentation materials for prospective partners.
- Support business negotiations and partnership discussions with prospective clients.
- Maintain communication with customer and business opportunity records in an organized manner.
3. Project & Operation Support
- Support game publishing projects, including project coordination, localization, launch preparation, and operational.
- Assist in coordinating cross-functional business activities and project execution.
4. Other Support
- Maintain contracts, agreements, and other business-related documentation.
- Assist management with other business-related assignments as required.
- Collect and organize business information for management reports.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Business, Chinese Literature, Marketing, or a related field.
- Fluent in Mandarin (speaking, reading, and writing). HSK Level 4/5 or above is preferred
- Knowledge of Chinese business culture is an advantage
- Good command of English, both written and spoken.
- Experience in business coordination, business support, administration, project coordination, customer relations, or sales support is an advantage.
- Experience communicating and collaborating with overseas partners or multinational companies is preferred.
- Experience using AI productivity tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Gemini) for business communication and documentation is an advantage
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive, responsible, and willing to learn
- Able to prioritize tasks and adapt in a fast-paced working environment.
- Willing to communicate with overseas partners across different time zones when required.
- Willing to travel for business meetings, exhibitions, or overseas business trips if required.
