Business Development Executive – China Desk (Mandarin Speaker)
Department: Sales and Marketing Department｜Reports to: Head of Enterprise Account (China Desk)
Location: Daan Mogot City, Semanan, West Jakarta
Job Description :
- Develop a China-based and Chinese-speaking corporate client base for apartment / retail / office units at Daan Mogot City, targeting Chinese companies expanding into Indonesia, China-invested enterprises, and Chinese business associations, and convert leads into sales and leases.
- Manage the full sales and leasing cycle: prospecting, site tours, proposal and LOI issuance, commercial term negotiation, contract signing, and handover.
- Execute the approved customer acquisition and marketing strategy, ensuring unit allocation aligns with the project's positioning.
- Maintain relationships with existing China Desk customers and support renewals.
- Prepare business proposals, presentations, and commercial documentation.
- Maintain pipeline records and report progress to the Head of Enterprise Account on a weekly basis
- Coordinate with Legal, Finance and Project teams throughout the sales and leasing process.
Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Marketing, Real Estate, Communications, or related field.
- 1–3 years in sales or business development; property sales, leasing, or agency experience is a plus; existing China client network is a strong advantage.
- Fluent Mandarin (business fluent level) is required; Working proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Experience with Chinese digital channels or being a KOL on social media (WeChat / RedNote / Instagram / TikTok) is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
