1. Sales Operational BP
Position Overview
Responsible for handling after-sales claim processes, monitoring service performance, analyzing operational data, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Key Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree (any major)
- 1–3 years of experience in After Sales, Customer Service, Operations, or related fields
- Fluent in Mandarin (spoken and written) / English (spoken and written)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Detail-oriented and able to handle multiple tasks
- Willing to work in Cakung, East Jakarta
2. After Sales BP

We are looking for an After Sales BP who will be responsible for handling after-sales claims, monitoring service performance, analyzing operational data, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and continuous process improvement.
