About The Company:
⦁ The working venue is in Balikpapan, Kalimantan.
⦁ Our client is a Trading company. Currently, they are looking for a Sales Assistant Mandarin Speaker (Interpreter).
Job Responsibilities:
⦁ Act as an interpreter and translator (Mandarin-Indonesian) to ensure effective communication between the sales team and clients
⦁ Coordinate and monitor sales project progress to ensure deadlines and targets are met
⦁ Provide daily administrative support including meeting arrangements, minutes taking, and project document management
⦁ Serve as a liaison between the sales team and other departments to facilitate smooth collaboration
⦁ Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and marketing materials
⦁ Monitor project developments and regularly provide progress reports
⦁ Accompany the sales team to visit clients
⦁ Handle other administrative and coordination responsibilities as needed for sales projects
⦁ Other responsibilities as needed
Job Requirements:
⦁ Fresh Graduates are welcome
⦁ Bachelor's degree
⦁ High conversational Mandarin proficiency and Conversational English proficiency
⦁ Skilled in using office software such as Microsoft Office
⦁ Own a driver's license (SIM A)
⦁ Good communication skills, coordinating skills, and detail-oriented
Preferable Skill/Experience:
⦁ Have experience as an administrative assistant or project coordinator
⦁ Good understanding of the manufacturing industry dynamics
