Mandarin Assistant
Responsibilities:
- Assist in daily communication between Indonesian employees and Chinese management.
- Translate documents, emails, reports, and other business-related materials from Mandarin to Bahasa Indonesia and vice versa.
- Provide interpretation support during meetings and business discussions.
- Coordinate schedules, meetings, and follow up on action items.
- Assist with administrative and operational tasks as assigned.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting minutes when required.
- Ensure smooth communication and collaboration between departments.
Requirements
- Fluent in Mandarin (Speaking, Listening, Reading, and Writing).
- Minimum HSK Level 5 is preferred.
- Good command of Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency is a plus.
- Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in any major.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Previous experience as a Mandarin Assistant, Translator, Interpreter, or similar role is an advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to maintain confidentiality.
