Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the General Manager and Vice General Manager.
- Manage emails, schedules, meetings, and documents.
- Support daily operational tasks and coordination.
- Assist business operational matters.
- Support communication between Indonesia - Mandarin to General Manager.
- Prepare reports and maintain proper documentation.
Requirements
- Fluent in Mandarin both written and spoken (is a must) and English (will be a plus score)
- Professional, responsible, and able to work under pressure.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive.
- Good administrative skills and able to handle multiple tasks.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace (Drive, Sheets, Docs).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willing to work overtime when needed and remain contactable outside working hours.
- Relevant work and life experience in supporting senior management is an advantage.
- Experience in Beauty, E-commerce, or Livestreaming industry is preferred.
