We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Mandarin Assistant & Translator to join our team.
Job Responsibilities
1. Provide Mandarin-Indonesian-English translation and interpretation support during meetings, discussions, and daily business operations.
2. Assist in communication and coordination between local and Mandarin-speaking stakeholders.
3. Translate documents, presentations, reports, contracts, and other business materials accurately and professionally.
4. Support administrative and coordination tasks as required.
5. Act as a liaison to ensure smooth communication between departments and business partners.
6. Assist with scheduling, meeting arrangements, and follow-up communications.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Mandarin Translator, Interpreter, Assistant, or in a related role.
- Fluent in Mandarin (spoken and written) with excellent communication skills.
- Proficient in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency is an advantage.
- Strong translation and interpretation skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good interpersonal, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
- Able to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Chinese Language, Translation, Communication, Business, or a related field.
- Experience working with Mandarin-speaking clients, partners, or management teams is preferred.
- HSK certification is a plus.
