1. Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the bakery, ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to food safety standards.
- Lead, train, and manage staff to maintain a high level of service and productivity.
- Monitor inventory, place orders, and manage stock levels efficiently.
- Ensure excellent customer service and resolve any customer concerns.
- Track sales performance and implement strategies to meet revenue goals.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment.
2. Requirements
- Male, ideally between 28–35 years old
- Minimum 2 years of experience in retail or bakery management
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Customer-focused and team-oriented
- Knowledge of inventory and cost control
- Familiar with food safety standards
- POS and basic computer skills
- Willing to work in Cemara area (Medan)
