The Laundry Room Canggu is a premium laundromat equipped with a lounge and workspace in Canggu, Bali. We are looking for a competent and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Laundromat Manager.

Role Overview:

This position is vital to our business development. We are looking for a leader who can ensure smooth daily operations, provide optimal customer service, and drive sustainable sales growth by delivering quality results.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage day-to-day operations of the laundromatacility and lounge/workspace.

- Receive and welcome customers professionally, ensuring an excellent impression, and handle their laundry inquiries.

- Manage laundry production processes to uphold company quality standards and address customer inquiries effectively.

- Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and comfort of the laundromat environment.

- Lead, supervise, and mentor laundry staff.

- Monitor operational performance, inventory, and sales reports.

- Evaluate team performance and implement service improvements.

- Execute local marketing strategies to drive business.

- Maintain positive relationships with customers and business partners.

- Make efficient decisions regarding resource management and cost control.

Requirements & Qualifications :

Education: Bachelor’s degree (S1) in any field. Fresh Grads are welcome.

Experience: Minimum 1–3 years of experience in laundry management, retail, customer service, or hospitality.

Language: Must be fluent in English (written and spoken).

Core Competencies: Strong passion for hospitality and service excellence.
