Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management, Tourism, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in the spa, wellness, hospitality, or luxury hotel industry, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of spa operations, treatment standards, guest service, hygiene, and wellness practices.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate, coach, and develop a high-performing team.
- Experience in managing budgets, controlling costs, and achieving revenue and profitability targets.
- Strong sales and marketing skills with the ability to develop promotional programs to increase spa revenue.
- Excellent guest service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle guest feedback and resolve complaints professionally and effectively.
- Familiarity with spa management systems, POS systems, and Microsoft Office applications.
