Restaurant Manager Qualifications
- Male/Female, maximum 40 years old
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent is preferred
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience as Restaurant Manager in restaurant, café, or hospitality industry
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Able to manage daily restaurant operations efficiently
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Understanding of budgeting, stock control, and sales reporting
- Familiar with hygiene, sanitation, and safety standards
- Able to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and basic/intermediate English skills
- Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
- Domiciled in Jakarta and surrounding areas
