Location : Sentul, Bogor

Job Description:

  • Memimpin riset & pengembangan formulasi produk kimia baru
  • Melakukan improvement produk eksisting (kualitas, efisiensi, cost reduction)
  • Mengelola tim R&D/laboratorium
  • Memastikan produk sesuai standar mutu & regulasi (BPOM, ISO, K3, dll)
  • Koordinasi dengan tim Produksi untuk scale-up dari lab ke produksi
  • Mengelola budget & timeline proyek R&D

Kualifikasi:

  • S1 Teknik Kimia/Kimia/Farmasi
  • Min. 2-5 tahun pengalaman di R&D industri kimia
  • Memahami formulasi kimia & teknik analisis lab
  • Familiar dengan regulasi industri kimia (BPOM, REACH, GHS, ISO)
  • Leadership kuat & kemampuan project management
  • Dapat menjalankan program Ms. Office (Word, Excel, PPT)
