Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Biology, or other related fields.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Quality Assurance, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Preferably experienced in the Cosmetics, Pharmaceutical, FMCG, or Manufacturing industry.
- Strong knowledge of CPKB (Good Cosmetic Manufacturing Practices), ISO 9001, and quality management systems.
- Familiar with BPOM regulations and product quality compliance requirements.
- Strong leadership, analytical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and team management abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and quality documentation systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the Quality Assurance team to ensure product quality and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Develop, implement, and continuously improve the Quality Management System (QMS).
- Ensure compliance with CPKB, BPOM regulations, and other applicable standards.
- Review and approve quality-related documents, including SOPs, specifications, validation protocols, and reports.
- Manage internal and external audits, including regulatory inspections and customer audits.
- Investigate quality issues, deviations, complaints, and non-conformities, and ensure effective corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Collaborate with Production, R&D, QC, and Regulatory teams to ensure consistent product quality.
- Monitor quality performance indicators and prepare reports for management review.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality, operational efficiency, and compliance.
- Ensure all employees are trained and compliant with quality standards and company procedures.
