Manager QA

Qualifications

1. Aged 25–36 years old.
2. Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Biology, or other related fields.
3. Minimum 3 years of experience in Quality Assurance, with at least 3 years in a supervisor/managerial role within a cosmetics manufacturing company.
4. Preferably experienced in the Cosmetics, Pharmaceutical, FMCG, or Manufacturing industry.
5. Strong knowledge of CPKB (Good Cosmetic Manufacturing Practices), ISO 9001, and quality management systems.
6. Familiar with BPOM regulations and product quality compliance requirements.
7. Strong leadership, analytical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
8. Excellent communication and team management abilities.
9. Proficient in Microsoft Office and quality documentation systems.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead and manage the Quality Assurance team to ensure product quality and compliance with regulatory requirements.
2. Develop, implement, and continuously improve the Quality Management System (QMS).
3. Ensure compliance with CPKB, BPOM regulations, and other applicable standards.
4. Review and approve quality-related documents, including SOPs, specifications, validation protocols, and reports.
5. Manage internal and external audits, including regulatory inspections and customer audits.
6. Investigate quality issues, deviations, complaints, and non-conformities, and ensure effective corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
7. Collaborate with Production, R&D, QC, and Regulatory teams to ensure consistent product quality.
8. Monitor quality performance indicators and prepare reports for management review.
9. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality, operational efficiency, and compliance.
10. Ensure all employees are trained and compliant with quality standards and company procedures.
