About Karvi
Karvi is a luxury jewellery brand specialising in bespoke wedding, engagement, and fine diamond pieces. We are dedicated to crafting timeless, modern-day heirlooms that reflect individuality and become cherished for generations.
We’re looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Operations & Production Executive who can oversee day-to-day production and ensure every Karvi piece meets our standard of craftsmanship.
What You’ll Do
Oversee and track the jewellery production process from design to final completion.
Conduct regular workshop visits to perform quality checks and ensure production accuracy.
Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to keep all projects on schedule.
Prepare documentation, monitor timelines, and follow up on every ongoing project.
Assist the founder with production, scheduling, and operational coordination.
What We’re Looking For
Highly organised and detail-oriented with strong communication skills.
Proactive and reliable — able to follow through without constant supervision.
Possesses own vehicle (car preferred) and comfortable travelling around Jakarta.
Passion for fine jewellery, craftsmanship, and working in a creative environment.
