REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 2 years experience as Outlet / Store Manager, preferably in Coffee Shop, Café, Restaurant, or F&B.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Understand daily outlet operations, SOP, service standards & inventory control.
- Able to manage sales targets, cost control & outlet performance.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Customer-oriented with a strong service mindset.
- Able to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
- Good knowledge of F&B products, especially coffee & café operations, is a plus.
- Willing to work shifting, weekends & public holidays.
- Target-oriented, responsible, disciplined, and hands-on.
