The Manager Operasional at Y SPORT BAR will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of the business. Key responsibilities include overseeing all operational aspects to maintain high standards of performance, developing strategic initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, and leading a team towards achieving operational goals. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing business processes that optimize performance and ensure compliance with established standards. Additionally, the Manager Operasional will analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement, setting and monitoring Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to drive continuous improvement in operational outcomes. This position requires strong leadership skills, the ability to manage performance effectively, and a commitment to optimizing business processes.

To excel in this role, candidates must meet the following qualifications: Candidates must be male, hold an Associate Degree, and possess between 3 to 5 years of relevant experience. A solid foundation in Operations Management, Operational Strategy, Business Process Optimization, Data Analysis, and Performance Management is essential.
