Operational Manager
📍 Work Arrangement: Hybrid (Office & Site)
MIRAI is seeking a highly motivated and hands-on Operational Manager to oversee and manage the company's operational activities. This role will be responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day operations across production, warehouse, inventory, quality control, and logistics functions, while coordinating closely with various departments to achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee all operational and warehouse activities of the company.
- Ensure the efficient conversion of raw materials into finished goods through proper production planning and execution.
- Monitor and control inventory levels, stock movement, and warehouse operations.
- Oversee product receiving, storage, and delivery processes to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Ensure product quality and compliance with established specifications for both raw materials and finished goods.
- Develop and implement operational improvements to enhance productivity, quality, and cost efficiency.
- Prepare and submit routine operational reports to management.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to support business operations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Agronomy, Agriculture, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Experience in rice production, rice milling, or the agriculture industry is an advantage.
- Strong understanding of operations management, inventory control, warehouse management, and quality assurance.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and capable of preparing analytical and routine reports.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Fluent in English (both spoken and written) is a plus.
- Willing to work in a hybrid arrangement (office and site visits as required).
