Multi-Store Operations Manager
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Multi-Store Operations Manager to oversee and manage the daily operations of several retail stores. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring operational excellence, driving sales performance, and maintaining high standards of customer service across all locations.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate the operations of multiple store locations
Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to achieve targets
Ensure consistent customer service standards across all stores
Manage, train, and develop store managers and staff
Oversee inventory management, stock control, and merchandising
Analyze reports and identify opportunities for improvement
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Requirements:
Proven experience as an Operations Manager, Area Manager, or similar role in retail
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
Strong communication skills in English
Willing to travel between store locations
