Job Description / Responsibilities:
As an Operational Supervisor / Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the clinic’s daily operations run efficiently and professionally, including:
- Overseeing daily clinic operations to maintain efficiency and high service standards.
- Supervising the daily performance of frontliners, nurses, customer service, and administrative staff.
- Training and onboarding new employees, with regular evaluations to improve service quality.
- Handling patient complaints professionally and implementing service improvement processes.
- Preparing monthly reports on staff salaries & incentives and calculating doctors’ fees based on schedules and patient volume.
- Monitoring inventory, ordering medicines and medical supplies, and ensuring availability according to needs.
- Maintaining clinic cleanliness, safety, and comfort.
- Developing and updating operational and service SOPs.
- Analyzing operational performance and recommending efficiency improvements.
- Reporting activities and findings regularly to management.
Qualifications:
- Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree in Management, Healthcare, Nursing, Hospital Administration, or related fields.
- At least 2 years of experience as an operational supervisor/manager in clinics or healthcare services.
- High driven: proactive, takes initiative, continuously seeks system improvements without waiting for instructions.
- Target-oriented: works with operational KPIs and actively drives the team to meet service standards.
- Strong leadership and communication skills to manage cross-functional teams.
- Experienced in handling payroll, attendance, and basic payroll reporting.
- Able to multitask while maintaining accuracy in administration.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets and clinic management systems
- Willing to work in shifts and on weekends (with rotating days off).
