Deskripsi pekerjaan Manager Operasional PT AAA GROUP EVENTS
Key Responsibilities:
- Event Operations & Logistics: Build detailed run-sheets, plan timelines, manage logistics/transport, and conduct site surveys.
- Team Leadership: Manage multiple event teams simultaneously (Team Leads + crew), handle cross-event staffing schedules, and train personnel.
- Vendor & Budget Control: Source and negotiate with vendors and suppliers; manage operational budgets, petty cash, weekly payroll inputs, and reporting.
- Inventory & Safety: Oversee warehouse inventory, equipment maintenance, loss prevention, and enforce safety (K3) protocols on-site.
- Cross-Functional Communication: Work fluidly between creative teams, wedding planners, international clients, and local vendors.
Qualifications:
- 2–4+ years in event operations, production, hospitality, or logistics (ideally weddings/MICE in Bali).
- Fluent in English and Indonesian (essential for dealing with international clients and local crews).
- Hands-on leader who stays calm and decisive under high-pressure event day environments.
- Comfortable with numbers, budgeting, and practical tools (Spreadsheets, WhatsApp).
- Based in Bali (or ready to relocate) with a driver's license and personal transportation
