We are looking for a proactive, hands-on, and strategic Operational Manager who is ready to grow with us and build scalable operations from the ground up.
Role Overview
As an Operational Manager, you will play a key role in shaping our operational foundation. You will oversee daily outlet operations, build efficient systems, control costs, and lead the team to achieve aggressive growth targets.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment and is comfortable with both strategy and execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage day-to-day operations across outlets
- Review sales performance and implement action plans to achieve targets.
- Develop and improve SOPs to support scalability
- Conduct regular store visits, audits, and coaching sessions with Store Managers.
- Monitor sales, COGS, labor cost, and operational expenses
- Ensure quality control, hygiene, and service excellence
- Build, train, and develop outlet leaders and staff
- Identify operational gaps and implement improvement strategies
- Collaborate closely with founders and cross-functional teams
- Prepare operational reports and performance analysis
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports for management.
- Collaborate with HR, Marketing, Procurement, and other departments.
Requirements :
- Male/Female max age 37
- Minimum 3-5 years experience as Operational Manager/Area Manager in F&B or retail.
- Experience managing 10 stores is required.
- Previous experience in a startup or fast-growing company is a strong advantage
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
- Comfortable working in a mobile, fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Excel and operational report analysis.
- Fluent in English (Mandarin is a plus)
