About the role

Oversee and ensure the team/staff work according to applicable SOPs. Maintain quality and service standards for the guest house and boarding facilities. Ensure cleanliness and comfort throughout the property. Design and execute annual and monthly marketing strategies to increase occupancy and revenue. Build brand image through online and offline media. Oversee social media content creation and manage event or brand partner collaborations. Manage and analyse marketing performance (occupancy rate, ROI, traffic) and prepare periodic reports. Prepare and oversee the effectiveness of operational and marketing budget usage.

Key Responsibilities

About you

• Minimum S1 education (Marketing, Communication, Management, or Hospitality)
• Minimum 2 years experience in managerial/supervisor position in marketing, brand management, or hospitality
• Leadership qualities, creative, innovative, and skilled in problem-solving
• Proficient in offline and digital marketing strategies (SEO, SEM, Ads, Email Marketing)
• Skilled in using marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, Adobe Series, Mailchimp
• Willing to work flexibly (including weekends or during events)
• Physically and mentally healthy, detail-oriented, diligent, and detail-focused
