Deskripsi pekerjaan Manager of Retail Garuda Sepak Bola Indonesia
Garuda Sepakbola Indonesia is building a strong retail ecosystem around Timnas and PSSI. We are looking for an experienced Retail Manager to lead our stores, pop-ups, and event retail channels, and to turn fan passion into a sustainable and growing retail business.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Owning the retail strategy and P&L for GSI stores, pop-up shops, and event booths.
- Managing daily store operations, teams, and visual merchandising.
- Planning assortments and inventory together with our Merchandise and Brand teams.
- Ensuring great customer experience and strong brand representation at every touchpoint.
Requirements:
- 7–10 years experience in retail, including 3–5 years in a managerial role.
- Strong track record in leading multi-store operations, driving sales, and managing P&L.
- Experience in fashion/sports/lifestyle retail is preferred.
- Strong leadership, analytical skills, and passion for football are highly valued.
