Manager KOL Specialist

DYNA SOUL SOLUTION is looking for an experienced Project Manager - KOL Team to lead our influencer marketing operations and manage global KOL campaigns for international brands.

What You'll Do

1. Lead and mentor a team of KOL Specialists.
2. Manage end-to-end influencer marketing campaigns.
3. Coordinate with creators, clients, and internal teams.
4. Oversee influencer outreach, negotiations, and campaign execution.
5. Monitor campaign performance and ensure project success.
6. Resolve campaign issues while maintaining excellent client service.

What We're Looking For

1. Applicants must currently be based in Bali.
2. 2+ years of experience in Influencer Marketing, KOL Management, Digital Marketing, or Account Management.
3. 1+ year of team leadership experience.
4. Strong project management and communication skills.
5. Experience handling multiple campaigns simultaneously.
6. Good written and spoken English.
7. Experience with international clients or global campaigns is a strong plus.
8. Willing to work onsite in Canggu, Bali.
