Role Description:
Human Resources Manager role that is located on-site in Jakarta Metropolitan Area. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for managing the recruitment, hiring, and training of employees, developing and implementing HR policies and procedures, managing employee relations, and ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations.
Qualifications:
- 8 Years Min Experience
- Excellent knowledge of HR functions and best practices
- Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role
- Experience in the mining or heavy industry is preferred.
- Knowledge of Indonesian employment laws and regulations
- Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with employees and management.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- Fluent in English
