Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HRGA strategies aligned with the company's business objectives.
- Oversee end-to-end Human Resources functions, including recruitment, onboarding, training & development, performance management, compensation & benefits, employee engagement, and industrial relations.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, company regulations, and government requirements.
- Manage employee relations and handle disciplinary cases, grievances, and dispute resolutions.
- Develop and monitor manpower planning and organizational development initiatives.
- Lead performance management processes and support talent development programs.
- Oversee payroll administration, employee benefits, and HR budgeting.
- Manage General Affairs functions, including facility management, company assets, security, housekeeping, transportation, and operational support services.
- Establish and maintain positive relationships with government agencies and external stakeholders.
- Prepare HRGA reports, analyze workforce data, and provide strategic recommendations to management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Human Resources Management, Law, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in HRGA, with at least 2 years in a managerial position.
- Preferably experienced in the Cosmetics, FMCG, Pharmaceutical, or Manufacturing industry.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian Labor Law, Industrial Relations, Payroll, Compensation & Benefits, and General Affairs Management.
- Proven experience in managing employee relations and organizational development.
- Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in handling government audits, labor inspections, and compliance matters is an advantage.
- Proficient in HRIS and Microsoft Office applications.
- Able to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
