Responsibilities :
- Manage overall HR operations within the company
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure smooth operations.
- Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes
- Experienced in conducting interviews and candidate assessments
- Able to develop effective hiring strategies based on company needs
- Familiar with employer branding and talent mapping
- Manage vendor relationships.
- Supervise and lead a team, providing guidance and support.
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to general affairs.
- Create strategic HR development programs for the company
Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in the same position.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Leadership and people management
